Now I know this was nothing like anything else Kevin Smith has done and it wasn't even close to the live action Clerks (and I dont think it was supposed to be), but it was still entertaining and I miss it :(Here is a review from DVDlaunch.com:

If you have been one of the many people paying attention to the Marvel/Disney merger, then today is probably the day you have been waiting for. Today is the day 12/31/2009 the Marvel deal will be finalized with Disney. Earlier this morning Marvel Entertainment, Inc held their promised Marvel stockholders meeting. According to Marketwatch, Marvel shareholders have officially approved the acquaition with Walt Disney Co. Characters such as Spider Man, Iron Man, and the X-Men are now officially Disney properties. The deal will be official upon the market closing later today. (Thursday 12/29/2009)
